EGRA-AI

Working closely with Prof Cally Ardington and Dr Saeed Afshar we rolled out Western Sydney University’s ReadUp App and AI Speech Recognition system to schools in South Africa for conducting Automated Early Grade Reading Assessments in local African Language, Sepedi.

ReadUp

Working closely with Dr Saeed Afshar and his team, we used their speech recognition algorithm to develop ReadUp, a web-app to pinpoint where students can improve their reading.

Astrosite

Working closely with Dr Gregory Cohen and his team, we built web-based dashboards, integration with the Unified Data Library and operated Astrosite™ at Sprint Advanced Concept Training.

WombatWords

Working closely with Dr Elise Baker and her team, we used OpenAI Whisper and Cerebrium to build WombatWords, a web-app that counts words used during Vocabulary Acquisition and Usage for Late Talker sessions.

EcoEar

Working closely with Dr Saeed Afshar, Andrew Lothian of BMS and Richard Powrie of Nuvetech, using algorithms and electronics we designed and built a device that can be placed in the wild, listen to and identify Koala calls. This reduces time spent by ecologists and empowers them to do much deeper environmental impact research.
