Technical Scoping & Solution Architecture Sprint

A technical scoping sprint is a short, senior-led engagement that turns a hard, half-defined technical problem into a concrete, costed solution architecture you can build against.

The problem

You have a difficult problem and a dozen possible approaches, and no cheap way to tell which one is real. Committing a build team before the problem is properly scoped is how budgets disappear. You need senior judgement on the problem before you spend on the solution.

Our approach

Bring us the problem. We put senior engineers and industry veterans on it, and we work alongside your team, not at arm's length, to understand the research, the constraints, and what "done" actually means. Together we scope a solution and the architecture to deliver it. You leave with the scope. You can take it to your own dev house, or continue with us under a managed or fixed engagement.

What you walk away with

A solution architecture and a costed, sequenced build plan, owned by you, detailed enough to act on the next day.

Common questions

How long does a sprint take?
Short by design, typically days to a few weeks depending on the problem's depth. The point is a fast, senior answer, not a long study.
Do we have to keep working with you afterwards?
No. The scope is yours. Continue with us, or hand it to another team. Both are fine.
Who actually does the work?
Senior engineers and veterans, embedded with your people. Not juniors running a template.
What if the honest answer is "do not build this"?
Then we tell you, with reasons. A scope that saves you a wasted build is worth more than one that flatters the idea.
